The very first recipe on our list is the ultimate - Lassi. Every Indian household every day has a glass full of Chaas or buttermilk to aid digestion, but the ones who want to satisfy their sweet cravings, can make a chilled sweet Lassi. As promised, this is an easy-peasy recipe and perfect way to cool down your body after a long busy day. For the ultimate dessert wali feeling, you may add in some dry fruits and enjoy.

Then on the next day, you can sip on a bowl full of simple heartwarming Kheer! This will not only satiate your sweet tooth but will also take you straight to your childhood. There’s so many different flavours of kheer that you can make like the Semolina kheer, rice kheer, Rajgira kheer, chocolate kheer and a lot more. So each day you can try making something different. But our favourite is the Sitaphal

Moving on, we have a very popular Maharashtrian dessert, a summer speciality- Aamras. Made using any type of ripe mangoes, this recipe can be prepared in no time yet brings a tummy full of joy! This tasty aamras is usually served alongside garma-garam puffed puris, but you can really enjoy it as it is. Even if you don't have fresh mango, you can rely on readymade pulp, but you must indulge in this dreamy easy-to-make aamras.
