Next up is the ultimate Seekh Kebab. You must be worried about the extensive process of this recipe, but trust us, it is actually quite easy. They are the perfect finger food to serve for a family gathering or party. All you need to do is combine mutton mince with a few aromatics, grind till smooth, wrap around sugarcane sticks and grill on a grill pan. Serve with green chutney to add an additional element of flavour.


Tangdi kabab

You could also give a try to these ultra cool restaurant style Tangdi Kabab at home. Marinate chicken drumsticks in a spicy, tasty mixture and refrigerate for one to two hours. Then skewer those marinated chicken drumsticks and roast in a moderately hot charcoal fired tandoor or alternately cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for five minutes or even in a microwave.
