How much do you like chicken and how would you like to have it? Chicken lovers will have so many ways to show their love for chicken. While some prefer a comforting broth, others delicious chicken pieces to bite into and still some others love it in their biryani.


Great! Here are some more variations in chicken preparations that you can try.


Chicken Soup

Remember the book titled, Chicken Soup for the Soul? A compilation of stories on some of the most beautiful virtues of humanity that touched many lives. Same way, this thick, creamy Chicken Soup is a simple and quick way to gain that much-needed nourishment on days when you feel under the weather. Chicken pieces sauteed with dry spices, fresh vegetables, seasonings pureed to a fine paste and then simmered in milk with pepper powder to add to the taste. Doesn’t that sound comforting already? It sure does, right?




Chicken Shawarma

Nobody says no to a shawarma and if it's a Chicken Shawarma, there is going to be a once more! A fabulous fusion recipe with a bit of Chinese schezwan sauce, some French mayonnaise and then served Middle Eastern style is a sure way to bring a big smile. Shreds of some spicy, fiery chicken, pickled beetroot and cucumber strips rolled in toasted pita bread is a superb tangy-fiery snack.




Chicken Chaap

Chicken that you can enjoy on a stick! Something like on-the-go, but this Chicken Chaap is so delicious that you would want to sit down and savour every bite of it. Mix the spices and the seasoning into the chicken mince and shallow fry in a pan. Quick and crispy golden brown chicken chaap is ready. Serve with mint chutney, lemon wedges and onion rings.







Chicken Cutlet

Chicken cutlet is good for those who love to have potatoes and chicken together. Making a cutlet starts with sauteing the garlic and onions with the spices and the condiments. In goes the chicken mince, grated potatoes and coriander for a refreshing taste. Dip the cutlets in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs for that lovely crispy bite of chicken cutlets.



Tangdi Kebab

Besides the delicious chicken, here’s what there is to love about the Tangdi Kebab. One, it is air-fried and second, it is served with salad. A rich marination with cashew and with the absolute must-have mustard oil. Marinate for a good 8-10 hours and then air-fry. Ready the salad and layer it on a shallow dish. Keep the kebab pieces and squeeze lemon juice and serve.
