On a lovely summer evening when you are surrounded by your friends and family, there is only one more thing you need to make the most of the lovely event, and that is food! For every household, they have a specific set of food items they prepare on such a day. Don’t you have it pre-set too?
Well, I too have a preferred cuisine that I would choose on a lovely evening and that is tikka and
Indian snacks. Soft and scrumptious chicken tikka or kheema that simply melts in your mouth sets your mood to the best you have ever experienced.
The Indian cuisine is everyone’s go to Indian dish on a day when they don’t know what to order or on a day when they’re feeling extremely joyous. There are a variety of different flavours, main ingredients, and spice levels of each dish. You can eat fish or chicken tikka and also eat mushroom, paneer, or aloo tikka. With this cuisine, there is always something for everybody.
