Pasta Carbonara

I can’t even begin to describe how great this dish is. Prepared with authentic ingredients that form a creamy and delicious sauce, this dish deserves all the applause. Pasta Carbonara is the easiest dish to prepare after a long day using the simplest of ingredients that include pancetta or bacon, egg yolk, parmesan, a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you are a pork lover and haven’t tried this dish, you are surely missing out.

Mushroom Risotto

Oh, the flavours! Mushroom risotto definitely falls in the category of comfort food not only because of its impeccable flavour but also for its texture. Each bite of this dish will mentally take you to your favourite place. It has an extremely earthy touch to it which makes it close to the heart. Also, this dish is perfect for those who are strict with their diet as this dish gives you a great amount of energy.

Pasta Arrabiata

Tangy, delicious, spicy, and wholesome- the perfect way to describe this dish. Prepared with tomatoes and garlic, this dish will lead your palate to its comfort place each time. The word Arrabiata means ‘Angry’ in Italian and when one is angry, their face often turns red. Hence, the name Arrabiata. You can use Arrabiata sauce to prepare any kind of pasta you like as it pairs well with most of them.

Now that you have my very special list, you should definitely try these dishes if you haven’t before.
