Our Indian cuisine is rich with such a variety of options, from sweet to spicy and savoury. Some foods however taste best when paired with their pair. What comes to your mind when we say vada? Pav? correct , that’s how inseparable some food pairs are. Dal- chawal, Idli-chutney, Wada-sambhar, chai- biscuit and so on and so forth, some matches are truly made in heaven. So we created a list of some irresistible combos for you to make at home.

Vada Pao

First on the list has to be the garmagaram vada pao. Dubbed as the common man’s burger, this Mumbai street food is a spiced mashed potato ball coated with gram flour and fried – sandwiched between chutney slathered pavs. You can also make a healthier, baked version of this classic.
