Chop, chop, it’s Chinese Time!

Indians have their own version of cuisines in the culinary world just like Desi-Chinese. We are typically fond of spicy, aromatic and masaledar dishes and that is exactly what we get when we cook Indo-Chinese food. We love adding our flavour to every cuisine we love, the Chinese food available here is an imitation of the real cuisine, and adding our desi touch can make anything fabulously delicious. Whether you are at your favorite restaurant or any street-style khau gali, Indo-Chinese food is everywhere. Indo- Chinese cuisine is also called Chindian Cuisine and is a beautifully coloured, fiery, and typically desi version of Chinese foods. To your surprise, the famous dish, “Manchurian” is not even an authentic Chinese dish. It's a proper fusion recipe and you can’t go on asking for Manchurian in China. That is the love we have for this cuisine so much that we literally started making our own menu. Let shower some more love in our kitchen by making some of these lovely delicacies.



Mixed Vegetable Manchurian

Let’s start with our own creation, these tiny balls are made up of cabbage, carrots, and green chillies, deep-fried and tossed in a flavoursome sauce. It is pretty famous and loved by each and everyone. Manchurian is one such dish which can be made so easily and is super delicious. The specialty of these balls is that, just by just tossing them in a spicy sauce you will go head over heels for it.






Noodle Biryani

Hands down, the best and all-time favourite Chinese food is noodles. But we can't give up on biryani right? So, what will you choose, Biryani or Noodle? A difficult choice to make, isn't it? Well, it is easier to combine them and make Noodle biryani. This is such a unique take on biryani which brings some amazing flavours together loaded with vegetables and spices, usually topped with coriander, mint leaves and fried onions.




Paneer Chilli

Though this fusion cuisine has a lot of vegetarian starters, we all quite often order paneer chilli itself. An Indo Chinese style stir fry with fried paneer cubes, bell peppers, chillies, onion, garlic and a medley of Chinese sauces. You can turn this all-time favourite starter into a main course by thickening the gravy base with some corn starch slurry. Ta-da, you have a double whammy right here!



Chicken Chowmein

When we talk about Chinese dishes, how can we miss this beauty? Noodles are one of most loved and yummy dishes you can make and can be munched at any time of the day because it’s just too easy and yummy. This chicken chowmein recipe is going to be your show stopper for sure and everyone is going to love it!
