And who knows, you might just discover your new favourite sweet treat!

Imagine biting into a swirl of sunshine! That's what biting into an ‘Imarti’ feels like - these golden threads are full of pure happiness. Imarti is truly a work of art made using urad dal batter which is then dipped in a sweet syrup. Enjoy it as it is, or pair it with a dollop of creamy yogurt, one thing's for sure – Imarti is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, one sparkly bite at a time.

Next up is Pantua, which looks almost like gulab jamun but is made with different ingredients. It tastes so good that it'll make your mouth water. The process of making Pantua is intricate, but the end result makes it all worth the effort. This chhenna based deep fried dessert is soft and juicy on the inside and while the outer crust is golden brown making it a  feast for both your taste buds and your eyes.

Then we have delicious and scrumptious jalebis made with paneer and drowned in sinful sugar syrup - Chenar Jeelapi. Just as the name suggests, the main ingredient of these deep-fried Jeelapi is chhenna or paneer making it a rich indulgence. This popular Bengali delicacy resembles the usual Jalebi structure-wise, it is crusty and crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. When garnished with pistachio slivers it makes anyone go weak in the knees.

Finally on the list is Patishapta Pitha, a classic Indian dessert that takes you straight to Flavortown with every mouthful. Often made during festivities, these eggless crêpes or pancakes from Bengal are made using refined flour and semolina. These fluffy pancakes are then filled with a beautiful khoya mixture and cooked till all the sides turn golden brown.

So, without any further delay, try out these addictive desserts and transform your week into a sweet one.
